Physical Damage
If you have a phone that was physically damaged, we can install the replacement parts to get your phone up and running again. Contact us for availability. We have most Verizon phone parts in stock, but if we don't have a part in stock that you need, we can special order it for you.
Keep in mind with physical damage, that the damaged parts may not always be apparent. For example if you dropped your phone and the hinge cracks, its also possible for the flex cable to tear.
Obviously not all physical damage is worth fixing- depending on how many parts have to be replaced and the cost of the parts. For example, if the circuit board (the brains of the phone) is damaged, the cost of a replacement circuit board may exceed the value of the phone so before we order anything we will always contact you first to see if you would like us to proceed with the repair. You can always decline a repair and just pay $13.85 for labor + return shipping. We can also try to recover data from the phone, if there is any data you would like us to retrieve.
