Payment Information
Payments can be made by using paypal, after we repair the phone and contact you. Our paypal address is: CellproPhones@gmail.com
1. Ship the phone to us
2. Once we get it in the mail, we will determine the cost of repair and we will contact you.
3. Pay for the repair, if the cost is to high or if the phone is not repairable, you only pay $13.85 for processing and return shipping.
4. We mail your phone back to you. All repairs include a 90 day warranty.
Don't have a paypal account set up? Not to worry. We can set up an online paypal payment transaction, and all you do is simply click the secure link and fill in your information. All major credit cards accepted. You do not need to have a paypal account to do this, just let us know and we will set up the online payment and send you the link after we attempt the repair.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED IN PAYPAL- Even if you don't have a paypal account, the transaction is still being processed through paypal. Paypal is the safest way to send money online because it keeps your credit card information secure.They simply transfer money from your credit card to our account.They do not give us your credit card number- the only piece of information that paypal releases to us is your shipping address, the date and amount of the transaction
