2. If your phone has liquid damage, don't send the phone with the battery installed, remove it first. Wrap the phone and battery SEPERATLEY in bubble wrap or in paper towels, this will prevent further damage from occurring.
Please do not send any other accessories such as the BATTERY DOOR, SIMCARD, or MEMORY CARD. Only include the phone with the battery. If you have a phone which we do not typically service, we may ask you to include the charger but 99% of the time we will not need it, so if we don't ask for it, you do not have to include it.
