Request a loaner phone
Lots of people have problems with there phone, but are hesitant to mail it in for service because they can't be without a phone for a few days.

Introducing our totally FREE "Loan A Phone" service.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Pay a refundable $20 fee.
2.You will receive a loaner phone, the kyocera KX414, in like new condition along with a charger. (shipping takes 2-3 business days). *The shipping cost to mail the loaner phone to you is $4.80 so you will be refunded $15.20 after we receive the loaner phone back)
3. Once you get the loaner phone, follow the included instructions to activate it. Once the loaner is activated, your original phone becomes deactivated. Now you can mail your original broken phone to us.
4. As soon as a technician has an update, you will be contacted via telephone. We will ship it out via priority mail once its paid for (please allow 2-3 business days for delivery).
5. Once you get your phone back, simply re activate it (this de activates the loaner phone) and mail the loaner phone back to us.with the included box.
6. Once we get the loaner phone back, we will credit you $15.20. *$20.00 - $4.80 for the cost of the loaner phone's shipping when we sent it to you, = $15.20 refund.
Or if you would like to keep the loaner phone for a backup- that's fine too. (we don't refund the $15.20 fee in that case).
